This is a guide on how to use these databases.  What you need to do is first download the newest database.
You will notice that Net7_user does not have a date, this is becuase this database will not be chaning.  Once
you have donwloaded them they need to be put into 2 difrernt Databases.

Net7.<date>.sql needs to be put into the database name Net7
Net7_user.sql needs to be put into Net7_user

Once this is done you can use the SQL version of Net7
